Characteristics and instructions:
Early strength high efficiency water reducing agent-3ZQ is an inorganic material and the organic phase composite material products, with greatly reduced water, high early strength and high enhanced features. This product is developed and produced by Chinese Academy of Sciences Guangzhou Chemical Co., Ltd.. Adaptability of cement products, small dosage, easy to use, it can be widely used in fast hardness and high early strength have construction requirements engineering and precast concrete.
This product can improve pipe pile concrete mixture mechanics performance and durability, it can give impermeability of concrete with high performance and flexural performance; it can well satisfy the requirement of pipe pile concrete construction, centrifugal and steam raising process. At the same time, it has many remarkable characteristics, such as: small shrinkage, good viscosity, good adaptability to cement, high reducing water rate, high strengthening effect and so on. This product is non-toxic, no peculiar smell, not burning, in the process of using harmless to human health, no pollution to the environment; no corrosion of reinforcement effect.
Adding this product can effectively improve the pore structure of concrete, concrete is increased since the tightness and improve the frost resistance of concrete, carbonation and corrosion resistance and other properties; this product does not contain the risk of corrosion on the reinforced material, alkali content considerably lower than the alkali aggregate reaction allowed range.
Performance characteristics:
1. the product is liquid, the concentration of 30%;
2. mortar water reducing rate is greater than 20%;
3. low air content;
4. this product has a strong dispersion effect on cement, concrete workability, easy pouring, vibrating;

Application:
1. This product is suitable for natural curing of concrete;

Application method
1. Recommended dosage 1.4%-2.3% by weight of cementitious materials; optimal dosage can be determined by testing;
2. Product and mixing water is generally added to the mixer while inside.If the product lag mixing, or product prior to pouring the concrete was added and stirred slightly, plasticizing effect is the best.
Notice
1. Different varieties of cement are required to test before use;
2.Products with other admixture used at the same time must pass through the concrete experiment;
3. The construction should be careful to check the accuracy of measurement;
4. Strengthen conservation, beginning immediately after the final setting of concrete covering and watering time is generally: 6-12 hours after the plastic concrete forming, 2-3 hours after forming in hot and windy, 1-2 hours after the dry hard concrete forming. In the winter construction surface should be covered with other measures to prevent surface freezing.
Package and transportation:
1. Using tanker transport.
2. The product should be stored in clean containers to prevent foreign matter. Valid for one year,the product expires after passing by concrete test can still be used.
